TEREA Uzbekistan is the Uzbekistan market edition of TEREA, the tobacco stick made for IQOS ILUMA devices. The name points to where the edition is sold, so it is not a different kind of stick and it does not need a different kind of device. Two questions come up most. Which flavors does the Uzbekistan range include, and which IQOS devices can use it? This guide answers both, starting with what the edition is and ending with what to check before you buy in the UAE.
What Is TEREA Uzbekistan?
TEREA Uzbekistan is the range of TEREA sticks released for the Uzbekistan market, and it is sold in the UAE as an imported edition. It has its own flavor lineup, pack design and naming, which is why it sits next to editions such as TEREA Japan and TEREA Kazakhstan on UAE listings. It is the same kind of stick as any other TEREA, so it works with the same devices.
What TEREA Uzbekistan Flavors Are Available?
The flavors below are grouped by general taste direction. That grouping is ours and not an official IQOS classification. Availability can change over time and by retailer, so treat the list as a guide to the range and check what is on sale before you order.
Classic Tobacco Profiles
TEREA Amber Uzbekistan has a tobacco profile with woody and nutty aroma notes. IQOS UAE describes its own Amber as nutty, which points the same way. Silver has a tobacco profile with spicy-herbal aroma notes. Yellow has a mild tobacco profile with aromatic notes. The three differ in the aroma that sits on top of tobacco: woody and nutty for Amber, spicy-herbal for Silver and a lighter aromatic note for Yellow. We describe these as directions of taste and do not rank them.
Cooling and Menthol Choices
TEREA Turquoise Uzbekistan is a cooling tobacco option with menthol aroma notes. IQOS UAE describes its own Turquoise as a zesty menthol, so the cooling direction is consistent across markets. A cooling stick works differently from a fruity or capsule stick. The cooling is part of the base taste from the first puff, whereas a Pearl stick adds its flavor change later through the capsule. Cooling describes how the taste feels and says nothing about how intense the stick is.
Fruity and Aromatic TEREA Options
The Wave names are the fruit and aromatic side of the range. TEREA Purple Wave Uzbekistan is tobacco with a forest-berry aroma, and cooling characteristics may vary by market description, since IQOS UAE lists its own Purple Wave Menthol as fresh. Summer Wave has a refreshing tobacco taste with fruit and floral aroma. Zing Wave has tobacco with citrus and spicy-herb aroma notes.
Pearl and Capsule Variants
The Pearl range in the Uzbekistan collection has six sticks. Tidal Pearl is peppermint with menthol, Sun Pearl is tobacco with refreshing exotic-fruit notes, and Twilight Pearl is tobacco with refreshing berry notes. Provence Pearl is tobacco with a refreshing berry aroma. Starling Pearl is a tobacco with woody and tea emphasis, plus berry and herbal aroma. Oasis Pearl is a creamy, nutty tobacco with a tropical-fruit capsule, and it was added to the collection in July 2026.
How to Read the TEREA Uzbekistan Flavor Range
Flavor names and colors do not explain themselves, so it helps to know the terms before you compare sticks. These are the words you will see on listings and packs:
- Tobacco-led: the main taste is tobacco, with a supporting note such as nutty, woody, herbal or lightly citrus.
- Cooling or menthol: a mint-like cooling effect is part of the taste.
- Fruity: fruit, such as berry or exotic fruit, is the main supporting note.
- Aromatic: a floral, herbal or tea-like note sits on top of tobacco, without a clear fruit or mint flavor.
- Wave: a naming style used on some sticks without a capsule. In this guide the Wave sticks carry fruit or aromatic notes, which is our reading and not an IQOS classification.
- Pearl or capsule: a stick with a capsule in the filter that changes the flavor when you press it.

How to Choose Between TEREA Uzbekistan Flavors
There is no single best flavor, so it is more useful to start from what you already enjoy. Match your taste to one of these directions, then confirm the exact name on the pack.
- You prefer traditional tobacco: look at the tobacco-led sticks, and choose between nutty, woody, herbal and citrus notes.
- You want cooling: look at the menthol direction, starting with Turquoise.
- You want fruit or aromatic notes: look at the Wave names, which have no capsule.
- You want to change the flavor while you use it: look at the Pearl sticks.
Which IQOS Devices Work With TEREA Uzbekistan?
The device system decides compatibility, not the country printed on the pack. TEREA Uzbekistan works with the IQOS ILUMA family and does not work with earlier blade-based IQOS devices.
IQOS ILUMA
TEREA sticks are made exclusively for IQOS ILUMA. IQOS UAE describes the ILUMA system as bladeless, with induction heating that works together with the TEREA stick. If you own an IQOS ILUMA device, the Uzbekistan edition fits it in the same way as any other TEREA stick.
IQOS ILUMA i
The ILUMA i series uses the same stick, and all three models accept TEREA Uzbekistan. That includes the IQOS ILUMA i Standard, the IQOS ILUMA i ONE and the IQOS ILUMA i Prime. The differences between those models are in size, battery and extra features, and they do not change which sticks you can use.
What About Older IQOS Devices?
TEREA Uzbekistan does not work with IQOS 3 DUO or any earlier blade-generation device. IQOS UAE states that the sealed tobacco part makes TEREA incompatible with those devices, and that using TEREA in a blade device may damage the blade. If you own an older IQOS, you need an ILUMA device before you can use any TEREA edition. If you want to see the practical steps, our guide to using TEREA sticks with IQOS ILUMA i walks through them.
TEREA Uzbekistan vs Kazakhstan: Flavor Differences
Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan are the two editions Dubai buyers compare most, partly because many flavor names appear in both. Flavors Both Ranges Share Amber, Silver, Yellow, Turquoise, Purple Wave and Summer Wave appear in both editions, as do the Pearl sticks Tidal, Sun, Twilight, Provence, Starling and Oasis. For several of them the wording points the same way. Amber is a woody, nutty tobacco in both, Summer Wave has fruit and floral notes in both, and Tidal Pearl is peppermint with menthol in both. Sun Pearl reads as exotic fruit and Twilight Pearl as berry in each.
Where the Descriptions Differ
| Flavor | Kazakhstan description | Uzbekistan description |
|---|---|---|
| Silver | Roasted tobacco with soft, tea-like herbal notes | Tobacco with spicy-herbal aroma notes |
| Yellow | Tobacco with a light citrus, zesty edge | Mild tobacco with aromatic notes |
| Purple Wave | Berry with light menthol cooling over tobacco | Tobacco with a forest-berry aroma |
The practical lesson is to read the description for the specific edition you are buying.
TEREA Uzbekistan vs Other Country Editions
| Factor | Uzbekistan | Other TEREA editions |
|---|---|---|
| Market or origin | Uzbekistan | Japan, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Italy, Switzerland and others |
| Flavor lineup | Market-specific | Market-specific |
| Packaging | Market-specific | Market-specific |
| Device system | IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i | IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i |
| Availability in the UAE | Depends on retailer and stock | Depends on origin and stock |
The same device family does not mean every edition has the same flavors. We do not rank origins, since no source supports calling one edition better than another.
Why the Same TEREA Name Can Appear in Different Origins
Flavor names repeat across editions. TEREA Amber Uzbekistan and TEREA Amber from another market share a name, but they are sold in different packs and may be described differently. A shared name does not guarantee an identical taste, so treat each edition as its own product.
How to Store TEREA Uzbekistan in Dubai
Keep packs sealed until you are ready to use them, and follow the storage instructions printed on the pack. Avoid leaving sticks in a parked car, in direct sun or in a damp place, since Dubai heat and humidity can affect tobacco products. For a longer routine, read our guide to storing TEREA in UAE heat.
TEREA Uzbekistan Price in the UAE: What TEREA Pro Lists
As of October 2026, the TEREA Pro Uzbekistan collection lists the in-stock flavors below at AED 125 each. TEREA Pro states that listed prices include UAE VAT and tobacco excise. The Uzbekistan range on TEREA Pro covers flavors that vary with stock, A listed price is a snapshot and not a fixed rate. Retailers adjust prices when import costs, stock levels or tax-related costs change, and they may also run short promotions. Prices can also differ between editions, since each origin is imported and stoc
What Dubai and UAE Buyers Should Check Before Buying TEREA Uzbekistan
Look for intact film, sharp print and clear health warnings, since imported-market packs carry text from that market. UAE rules require digital tax stamps on tobacco products covered by the Federal Tax Authority scheme, so a pack with no stamp, or a damaged one, is worth questioning. A customer cannot fully verify a stamp alone, so raise any doubt with the seller.
- Check The Origin: the listing and the pack should both say Uzbekistan, and any mismatch is worth raising with the seller before you pay.
- Match the Exact Flavor name: use the full flavor name, because the pack color alone doesn’t identify the stick.
- Confirm Device Compatibility: buy TEREA only if you own an ILUMA or ILUMA i device, never for an IQOS 3 DUO or other blade device.
- Check Packaging: look for intact film, sharp print, clear health warnings and a digital tax stamp, and question any pack where one is missing or damaged.
- Check Current Availability: stock differs by retailer and changes over time, so confirm a flavor is available in your emirate before you order.
TEREA Uzbekistan in Dubai: What Should You Choose?
- Traditional tobacco: choose a tobacco-led stick such as Amber.
- Cooling: choose a menthol stick such as Turquoise.
- Fruit or aromatic notes: choose a Wave stick such as Purple Wave.
- A capsule experience: choose a Pearl stick.
- Still unsure: read the full description on the product.
