TEREA Oasis Pearl has become one of the most searched-for Pearl capsule flavors among TEREA Sticks for IQOS ILUMA users in the UAE, and for good reason. It combines a familiar tobacco base with built-in capsule technology that lets you switch flavors mid-session, giving you two distinct experiences from one heated tobacco stick.
TEREA Oasis Pearl is a capsule-based heated tobacco stick from the TEREA Pearl line built exclusively for IQOS ILUMA i devices. Unlike standard TEREA flavors, which deliver a consistent tobacco flavor profile from the first puff to the last, Oasis Pearl contains a small crushable flavor capsule inside the filter. That capsule stays dormant until activated, giving a tobacco-led draw first and a fresher, fruit-infused flavor experience in the second half.
This two-stage structure is what sets Oasis Pearl apart from regular heated tobacco sticks, and it comes in two regional editions, Japan and Indonesia, each with its own take on the tobacco blend and capsule flavor profile.
A small flavor capsule sits inside the filter, and pressing it firmly until you feel a click releases its contents into the airflow. From that point on, every draw carries both the original tobacco base and the activated capsule flavor together.
Before clicking the pearl, Oasis Pearl delivers a smooth, balanced tobacco taste with light roasted notes. This stage is consistent across both editions, so the contrast after activation feels distinct rather than gradual.
Once activated, the flavor shifts to include the fruit notes and cooling effect specific to your edition. The change builds over a few draws as the released flavor blends with the remaining heated tobacco aroma. Most users click the capsule around the midpoint of the stick for a clear before-and-after experience, though it can be activated at any point.

TEREA Oasis Pearl uses SMARTCORE Induction Technology instead of the blade heating element found in older IQOS devices, and works with
It is not compatible with IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS Originals, or any device using the older blade-based heating system. Older devices require standard HEETS sticks instead.
| Pearl Flavor | Capsule Profile | Cooling Level | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|
| Oasis Pearl | Tropical fruit notes (passionfruit, berries, and mango) | Moderate | A balanced fruit and tobacco blend |
| Sun Pearl | Bright, zesty citrus | Moderate | Lighter citrus capsule flavor alternative |
| Tidal Pearl | Sharp, menthol-style finish | High | Strong, cooling tobacco experience |
| Twilight Pearl | Deeper, bolder capsule release | Moderate to high | More intense heated tobacco flavor profile |
Oasis Pearl works well for users moving away from menthol cigarettes, alternatives, or disposables who want a tobacco base with fruit capsule flavor built in, rather than buying separate menthol and tobacco sticks. It’s also a common starting point for users new to the Pearl line, since the capsule effect is moderate rather than intense.
Genuine TEREA Oasis Pearl sticks come in sealed cartons with manufacturer batch codes printed on the packaging, consistent stick coloring and filter design, and uniform capsule placement across every stick in the pack.

No. Nicotine strength stays similar; only the flavor changes after activation.
Sun Pearl is citrus-bright, Tidal Pearl is cooler and sharper, and Twilight Pearl is stronger, while Oasis Pearl is balanced tropical fruit.
Both Oasis Pearl editions share the same capsule mechanism but lead in different directions: the Japan edition keeps a tobacco-forward profile with subtle fruit, while the Indonesia edition shifts into a brighter tropical finish after activation. Compare both for pricing and availability, or explore other Pearl flavors for a different cooling level or capsule profile.
